Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to data when you read our Awrabet review, which is very little, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. What this notice covers

This notice applies to awrabet.org and nothing else. The page you are reading is a review of the Awrabet betting site. It is a set of static files: text, pictures and one small script. It is not the operator's site, it takes no bets, and it holds no player accounts. Anything you do after you leave for the operator is covered by the operator's own privacy policy, not by this one.

2. Who is responsible for the page

The page is run by its publisher, who can be reached at desk@awrabet.org. Write to that address for any request described below, and say which request you are making so it can be answered without a second round of questions.

3. What the server records

Like any web server, ours writes a line to a log file each time a file is sent. That line holds the IP address of the request, the date and time, the file asked for, the HTTP status, the referring page if the browser sends one, and the user-agent string. These lines are written automatically and are not linked to a name. They exist so that errors and abuse can be traced, and for nothing else.

4. Cloudflare, and who else sees the records

Traffic to this domain passes through Cloudflare, which serves the files from a location near you and filters out automated scrapers. Cloudflare therefore sees the same request data the origin server sees, and sets its own security cookie in some cases. Cloudflare acts as a processor for us under its own data processing terms. Beyond Cloudflare and the hosting provider that keeps the server running, the log data is not shared, sold, rented or passed to advertising networks.

5. Cookies and browser storage

This page sets no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie and no tracking pixel. It does not load Google Analytics, a Facebook pixel or a heat-map script. The only cookies you may receive on this domain come from Cloudflare's bot filtering. Your browser will cache the images and the stylesheet, which is ordinary caching and can be cleared from your browser settings at any time.

6. Clicking through to Awrabet

The buttons on this page lead to the operator through a tracking link. That link tells the operator which partner sent the visit; it is how the page is paid for. The link passes a partner identifier, not your name, your email or your phone number. Once the operator's page opens you are on their site, and their privacy policy, their cookies and their rules apply from that moment.

7. What this site never collects

There is no registration form here, no newsletter box, no comment field, no live chat and no upload. We never ask for your phone number, your password, a copy of a document, a card number or a wallet address. If a page claiming to be this one asks you for any of that, it is not this site. Because there is no form, no data from anyone under 21 is collected either, and none is knowingly processed.

8. Legal basis for processing

Where the GDPR applies, the server log is processed under Article 6(1)(f) โ€” the legitimate interest in keeping a public page available, diagnosing faults and blocking abuse. Cloudflare's security processing rests on the same ground. No processing on this domain relies on consent, because nothing here asks for any.

9. How long records are kept

Server log files rotate and are deleted on the hosting provider's ordinary schedule, which is measured in weeks rather than years. Cloudflare keeps its own edge records for the period stated in its documentation. Nothing on this domain is archived for long-term profiling.

10. Your rights in the EEA and the UK

If the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies to you, you may ask for access to the data held about you, for its correction or erasure, for processing to be restricted, and for a copy in a portable form. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest, and complain to your national supervisory authority. In practice the only record tied to you is a log line, so a request will usually be answered by searching the logs for the IP address and the approximate time you give us.

11. Your rights in California

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, California residents may ask what categories of personal information were collected in the past twelve months, ask for deletion, and ask that the information not be sold or shared. On this domain the only category is internet activity in the form of server log data. It is not sold and not shared for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is no opt-out link to click โ€” there is nothing to opt out of. Exercising any of these rights will not change what you see here.

12. Changes to this notice and how to reach us

If the page starts using a tool that collects something new, this notice will be updated before that tool goes live, and the change will be visible here rather than announced elsewhere. Questions, requests and corrections go to desk@awrabet.org.
